The site road into Forest Chase should be kept and made into the predominant entrance into the new development. Not only is entering via Coombe Road a longer process, it is also going through another residency. It is therefore logical to keep the independent road as the main entrance to Forest Chase so both parties benefit.

The developers are finally feeling the heat because this petition is surging. They think they can force us onto Coombe Road regardless of the chaos it causes but they are dead wrong. We are building real momentum and they cannot ignore us for much longer.

Would definitely make sense to keep this road as the main entrance. Lots of cars and built up area around the current way in
Would certainly make life a heck of a lot easier and also safer for any type of emergency service entering. Might just need the kerb slightly widening and a few plants dotted about to finish it off down there.
When the dust men, delivery’s or any one in fact that block the road, the side road is much easier to access when we have to do the school run or get to work
Coombe road is a very small road, the way cars park down there as well makes access for my worrying. On certain days you can just a bit fit a car down there let alone an ambulance or a fire truck for example which is very worrying!
Double parking around the Coombe road/river road junction is an accident waiting to happen. Emergency vehicles woild not be able to access either. This construction entrance would be much safer for all

For this road to be closed is a breach of welfare for the entire estate. For example the existing main entrance ' river road ', if that were to be blocked for one reason or another and a fire engine/ ambulance was required, who is accountable for loss it life if it went that far?
