THE FLAG IS APART OF MISSISSIPPI'S HISTORY. THERE IS NOTHING RACIST ABOUT IT. PEOPLE MAKE IT WHAT THEY WANT AS THEY DO EVERY THING ELSE!
Betrayal to the State Flag is betrayal to the very soul of the State. Please do not commit such a sacrilidge. Be loyal to your beautiful State and her flag.
I believe it is just so unfair to link this flag to hate. The majority of those who fly it are peaceful people! They should not be punished by being forced to give up their history because one sick psycho mass murderer m*****f*****... What is next week another mass murderer commits such a horrible crime with the US flag in his hand? What are you going to do than?
I'm Japanese reinactor for Southern history. The US government may deny that true history, the rest of the world never will do that. Every one knows Flag is symbol of heritage and not of hate!
Keep the Miss. State Flag as is. This flag is a southern Pride Flag Not a hate Flag.
Stand strong Mississippi! People who do not like our history are free to move. This flag was here before we came, and with the grace of god will will be here when we leave. God bless our public safety workers, and thank you for keeping Mississippi safe.

This was settled by the people of Mississippi in 2001. This is the only flag the state has ever had. Issue resolved!
