We are trying to keep Mr.Pierce in the PVHS Theatre Department Troupe #7196. He has been giving us nothing but opportunity and motivation. He is arguably the easiest teacher to talk to and has helped tremendously with acting. He is leaving next year and we want him to stay.

The emails I keep receiving from the administration are just more of the same vague responses that ignore what Mr. Pierce actually means to this department. It is exhausting to keep pushing against this wall but I am not walking away from this fight.

Pierce has a very good vision for the theatre program and he truly believes that theatre is for everyone. He teaches every person about the beautiful aspects of theatre not only through detailed notes and lessons but hands on projects and group scripts as well.
Mr. Pierce has done so much for me and this department. Our department cannot go through another director change because it is to hard on us. Mr. Pierce is the easiest adult in the school that I can talk to freely. He has brought new people into the department that would have never joined before. Please keep Pierce with PVHS!
Keep pierce ! He has really made me feel confident in performing and broke me out of my shell! If it wasn't for him I would of left theater and given up.
Mr. Pierce has made the transition into high school so much easier than the students have. He has made me a better actress and I enjoy going to rehearsal so much! I will do anything to help him stay!
Pierce is an amazing teacher and he bases his roles in plays on abilities not favoritism, he has helped people expand their acting and vocal ranges.
I would just like to point out that for all those who have meet and spoke to piece have seen the way he is will people and how an amazing person he is and how fun he is with his student and people In general
Mr. Pierce has done so much for me and I can't stand to see home leave. He is the one adult at the school that I can really talk to about anything. The department cannot go through an other director change! He has made everyone feel so welcome and equal and he has brought new people in that never would have joined the department before. Please let us keep Mr. Pierce.

I have really enjoyed the performances under Mr. Pierce's direction. The times we have spoken (parent teacher conferences/after performances) he seems invested in this program and the students. I wish I knew more about what is going on and why he is not being invited back to teach.
