To Whom It May Concern, We, the individuals whom have signed the below petition, formally request the stay of University High School\'s Drama Department Teacher, Mr. D.B. Hovis. Mr. Hovis, has been our beloved Drama and Choir teacher for the past year. Through hard work he has showed us many lessons, relating to both Drama and Life. He was responsible for making University High\'s Drama Department events successful. Over the past year, he has touched the lives of so many students in so little time. It won\'t be fair for the University High Student Body to be cheated out of the experience that Mr. Hovis provides and provided to the group of students this year. Mr. D.B. Hovis is a dedicated and talented teacher. Mr. Hovis will sacrifice his time to help any number of students with just about anything, big or small. Also, Mr. Hovis\' charisma cannot be compared to that of any teacher. He is a truly excellent teacher that can be a model to any other Fine Arts teacher in the district. Teachers come and go for a assortment of reasons, however no amount of money nor any person could ever replace Mr. D.B. Hovis. He has made a difference, that\'s what counts.
