Dear Chief Straub, We in the West Hills Neighborhood of Spokane have had many changes in our Neighborhood Resource Officer over the years. It is difficult to develop a relationship when there are frequent changes. We have an ongoing dialogue with Officer Douglas Strosahl. He comes to our neighborhood meetings, responds to our email messages and keeps us informed. We, as citizens of the West Hills Neighborhood would like to request Officer Strosahl remain as our NRO.
