I fill like this is not something that should be by an elementary/middle school. Too many unknowns and a lot of kids walk to school.
Keep the that idea for another placement. Neighborhood always had such calm feels to it, with all the manicured lawns, with not having a clutter like feeling. Adding additional things just to make a project fit but not an original part of the plan, only makes sense to the creator at hand but brings nothing but nuisance to homeowners. Not okay to spring such non discussed , unwanted & new idea upon homeowners where they have to fight, petition or sell, just to keep their property as per original state of being.
Copper leaf is a residential compound,,and we want the whole surrounding save for us and our family s and preserve the from heavy traffic we already have
We already have heavy traffic at the entrance of our neighborhood, we don't want to add further burden.
Thank you for putting this together! The storage building will add nothing to the quality or property value for our neighborhood as well as requiring exclusive access through our ingress/egress.
Keep the neighborhood and the school safe!!

With the school and the neighborhoods, the exit is not set up for that type of traffic. Also, with the school and the neighborhood s, the hours of operation may increase risk to the residents.
