I am a resident of Summerfield Rental Homes in Vancouver Washington at 15600 NE 4th Street. Our street is one of the very few through streets in this neighborhood, causing frequent flows of traffic. I have lived here for two years and I can not count how many times the pedestrians on our street have been subjected to harms way. People are CONSTANTLY speeding down our street and it has to stop! There are tons of children and adults out on a daily basis that need protection! We need speed bumps, or a more four way stops to reduce the speeding of motor vehicles. If you agree with the above, please sign this petition!  This will be presented to the City of Vancouver as they have already objected to the previous requests by our property management!
