Hi, I would like to have a minute of your time to discuss the recent talk of redistricting area schools. Sadly enough Slaughters Elementary has closed bless those childrens hearts,I understand budget,saving money, making room for all the students.HoweverThese are children that have been in there schools since the day the started there education,It is hard enough for children to adapt and make friends as well as try to maintain great grades,there are children that I feel will not excel at this change. I worry for them about becoming uneasy in a new sorrounding,learning to open up to new teachers and peers.I'm afraid they will suffer emotionally as well as academically. I want everyone that can to take part in this lets come together and show the system we can make each and every school effected bigger and better if given the chance!!!
