Final supporters
The UNC Charlotte Computer Science Lab in Woodrow 335 is scheduled to close and be repurposed. The computer science students use this lab and without it they will have to make the hike to another building or bring their own laptop everyday. Sometimes students do not have the time for a 15 minute walk and so they will not be able to do their work. Additionally students already carry heavy weight in books add the weight of a laptop is just too much for some, not to mention the opportunity of theft. This lab is where students do their work, exchange ideas, seek help, and colaborate on work please help us keep it open.

do not close it!! that lab is a lifesaver when my laptop dies and i have a project due in an hour.
This is ridiculous. walking 15 mins to another building when you have a 10 min break is impossible.
Are you kidding me? Woodward is where everyone goes between classes. Moving it across campus is a total joke.
I met my study group in that lab freshman year. It is so much more than just a room with computers.
My laptop is old and slow. I rely on those lab computers for the specialized software we need for cs classes. Keep it open.

Why do they keep taking away space from students? UNCC needs to prioritize our actual needs for once.
