The feedback from the school board remains frustratingly vague despite the pressure we have put on them. I am exhausted from the constant back and forth but I have no intention of letting this go until they give us a real answer.

Seeing the momentum behind this reminds me why I started. It feels heavy to carry this forward but seeing so many of you behind the cause keeps me going.

The path forward is exhausting but we are nearing the one thousand mark. Please send this link out one more time so we have the leverage we need to demand he stays.

Mr. Doubleday is a great leader. He really cared about our kids and supported them. He is their only moral support system in high school. There will not be time find a suitable qualified replacement that both the children and parents respect.

Mr Doubleday was just promoted and no explanation was given to why he is being let go. Our children who will be seniors next year deserve expert leadership who knows them and knows the school history, This is not acceptable!

I often see him in the school lobby discussing children's learning issues with senior parents. He is the school administrator I see most often. I believe he is a good teacher. My daughter also told me so. I support him to be the principal of our high school department.

We support Mr Doubleday from all our hearts, he's a dedicated educator with tremendous professionalism, with compassion AND moral compass, and has always acted as a father figure to our kids. We do not accept his resignation and urge GEMS DAA to take actions against the kids involved instead of him.

We are all responsible as comunity to resolve our kids wrong doing, not one person, we cannot leave a frat educator, a enthusiastic teacher and a honest person take all the blame… Gems has to protect and develop a culture of truth and compassion not cover and bust unfairness.

The actions of others (minor or not) are the real issue. Scapegoating and disproportionate penalties teaches our children all the wrong values.
