The actions of others (minor or not) are the real issue. Scapegoating and disproportionate penalties teaches our children all the wrong values.

i strongly believe that mr doubleday should remain a part of our amazing DAA community. he is and always has been a very respected, appreciated and loved member of our school, losing him would be very difficult for all of us students and teachers. i know mr doubleday has very special and effective ways of leadership which cannot be easily found in anyone else, no one would make the right fit if we had mr doubleday, he’s irreplaceable.

I strongly believe that Mr Doubleday should stay a member of the DAA community as he has played a very crucial role in the high school. He is well loved and respected by all the parents, students and teachers, if Mr Doubleday is not a part of the community next year is will severely affect our students wellbeing and happiness with the school. Mr Doubleday also has very unique skills that allow him to work with others in a very special way, he always tries his hardest to solve problems happening around the school while still taking into account the needs the students have. These skills that Mr Doubleday has are not easy to find in any other person as to why we should stand up for people of our community and keep Mr Doubleday in with us all.

I often see him in the school lobby discussing children's learning issues with senior parents. He is the school administrator I see most often. I believe he is a good teacher. My daughter also told me so. I support him to be the principal of our high school department.

We’ve been a 12 year family with DAA and Mr. Doubleday has been an amazing ambassador to the DAA and GEMS community. GEMS should be so lucky to have such an individual leading the next generation of adults in this world. I strongly recommend his reinstatement, otherwise we question the direction of the school and the morale responsibilities we have as adults. Best regards, Larry Gardner

Mr. Doubleday is an outstanding leader and pillar of strength and positivity for our children. We cannot afford to lose him as our Principal, especially for our Junior and Senior students! He needs to be reinstated.

Members of the DAA community, strongly advocate for Mr. Doubleday to remain in his current position as principal of our institution, Mr. Doubleday has demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment, and a profound positive influence on our school, by being present on the DAA campus, and his amazing smile brightens up the campus and gets us through the school day.
