King's Deli is the heart and soul of 83 South King Street. Many of us rely daily on the quality service and accessible meals our deli provides us. Unfortunately, without consulting us the tenants of this building, the corporate management has chosen not to allow the deli to continue serving us. Instead, the management feels we need yet another big, empty lobby in this building. We the undersigned request that the management at Hudson Pacific Properties allow King's Deli to continue to serve those of us who work here.

Seeing this level of support for King's Deli has been overwhelming because it shows I am not the only one who relies on their kindness every single morning. This momentum proves that management cannot simply ignore the community we have built here. We are going to keep pushing until they realize this space is not just another lobby.

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast and lunch. With Beba's gone and now King's closing, where else will we go to support a local family owned business?! Please renew King's lease and allow them to remain open.
The Deli is amazing. The staff are the most friendly and kind people and it offers a really affordable breakfast/lunch options. What other places can you actually get a great sandwich and BiBimBap? It's a great small business that has a lot of impact on the people who are in the office space.
Please don't close the deli. It is valued by everyone I know in the building. We don't need a bunch of unused leather couches. We need a friendly place to get a quick bite.
On busy days, King's is often the only reason I can eat a decent breakfast or lunch! I call, he recognizes my voice, and my food is waiting. Losing it would significantly diminish my quality of life.
I have been a customer of King Deli for going on 7 years, and this place has always been my go to in the area. It is a wonderful family business, with great food and an extremely sanitary kitchen. Seattle needs this place to stay!
we don't need more lobby space. in fact you can consume lobby space, not even miss it, put in a bigger deli and it would get more traffic/raise the property value.
What am I going to do without my breakfast sandwiches from the friendly King Deli!?

I can't understand how more lobby space would be more appealing to current or prospective tenants than having a consistent, affordable lunch option in the building. Unfortunate that a small business is being pushed out for a lobby update.
