we don't need more lobby space. in fact you can consume lobby space, not even miss it, put in a bigger deli and it would get more traffic/raise the property value.

Keep King's Deli open! It's an anchor of working in this building. It gives character, and I love talking with the owner every day. It'd be a big loss to lose it.

Bomb sausage croissant, excellent service, kind owner. We need to keep that deli in place, the only time I've seen that lobby at capacity is when the viaduct construction workers were napping there.

The Deli is a huge staple for this building, I am a frequent customer and delighted by their friendly service. It would be an absolute shame to replace such an important part of this building culture with lobby space.

A deli is a lot more important than a Lobby. This deli serves both buildings and many people from the surrounding business community. It is a very positive amenity that you could offer to potential clients of your building. Most buildings have boring, empty lobbies.

The deli is awesome! I love the food, the staff, and it makes the general vibe of the building much better. I can't think of a single employee who doesn't like the spot.
