Ken Register the kidnapping, rapist, murderer that actually had anal sex with his dead victim after he stabbed her over 30 times is up for parole again. We do not want to ever see this happen to anyone else but if he gets out it will! Please sign this petition to keep him in jail! We will share it with the department of probation. His parole hearing is February 28, 2024 so please share this petition with all you know that would be interested in signing.
