Emrys is one of the most genuine coaches and leads by example. He is one of the few inspiring figures to show that corssfit is for every age and he is the one we tryst when it comes to gymnasticsguidance. I hope there is a way to find a person who creates a true value like him a setup to get him back again
He is an asset to any business, especially in this type of business where the foundation is based on relationships and word of mouth. He is a big reason for returning costumers!
Coach Esmyr has played a huge role in my development. He always takes the time to listen, guide, and support everyone, no matter their skill level. His patience and encouragement create an environment where people feel safe to grow. We truly need more coaches like him — not fewer.
Don’t let Emrys go!! He is a fantastic coach, always encouraging and a crucial element of our gym community, motivating us to push our limits, (improve my pull ups!) and helping members of all levels feel supported. Don’t make this mistake, please.
Extremely disappointed in the FitRepublik Management for letting go someone like Emrys who is one of the best coaches. If this is how they treat staff as good as him, then I’m not going to renew my contract and I’m sure others will follow. You now need to change your moto, as it’s not who you say you are.
Pls consider to allow him to stay at Fit Republic.
He is a great coach and very respectful individual! I can find not a single reason why you wanna let him go! It’s so sad to see guys like him are not appreciated!

Coach Emrys taught me all my gymnastics movements — from handstands to muscle-ups. He gave his time, his energy, and his heart without ever asking for anything in return. Fit Republik always says ‘you deserve better’ — well, we do, and that includes keeping coaches like Emrys who actually live those words every day.
