Grtc and the city of Richmond has teamed up to move certain bus routes off Broad Street downtown and relocate those customers to 9th and Leigh St. were Grtc will put their 2-3 year long temporary transfer station. Customers who ride the express routes will not be greatly effected as express routes taking passengers to and from Chesterfield, Henrico and Petersburg will not stop at the transfer point.
