To: CDTA’s Business Development Department Date: June 5, 2013 CDTA provides an essential service to our community. We, the undersigned, support the following changes to the existing CDTA bus service to Griswold Heights in Troy, NY: - Bus service on Sundays. We lose or are ineligible for many jobs because we currently do not have transportation on Sundays. - More frequent stops in the evening, like every 30 minutes rather than every hour. This could be accomplished by the 289 not going down Pawling Ave. but taking Spring Ave instead. - A bus with more capacity during the morning rush. Many people are traveling at 7:30 am and there is often not room to get on the bus. A larger bus is needed at this time. While implementing these changes, please retain the following existing service: - The 289 going to St Mary's and to Save-A-Lot.
