We the undersigned residents of Plymouth Pennsylvania are requesting that councilman Bill Dixon be retained on council. Mr. Dixon has been a model citizen and has given up much of his free time volunteering to many Plymouth Organizations. The youth of Plymouth look up to him as a role model. His tireless efforts to make Plymouth better have not gone unnoticed by the people. To take his seat away from him is a travesty of justice. Mr. Dixon has paid his debt to society and the people have spoken and want him to represent them.
