Final supporters
Atlanta CV has been a positive presence in Polk County, not only to the school system but the county economy as well. Allowing them to remain in Rockmart and use Rockmart High School for their practice area continues economic growth and is a positive influence on the students at Rockmart High. Please join me in petitioning the Polk County Board of Education to allow Atlanta CV to continue in this endeavor. Thank you for your support. Let's keep positive role models here for our children!

The current volume of support has secured us a formal meeting with representatives from the Polk County Board of Education. We are now finalizing the documentation required to present the economic and educational impacts of keeping the corps in Rockmart.

Please keep Atlanta CV. They support the Rockmart Band --who supports the Rockmart Football Team--who supports Rockmart Highschool--who supports our Rockmart Students. Isn't that what it's all about?????
I really hope CV stays. They are inspiring to me. I'm in Rockmart's Marching Band myself, and I've thought about marching with their drumline. My best friend Kody Holder who also marches with me in Rockmart's Drumline, is in CV's front ensemble. Very cool. I love them! They should stay.
Please permit the CV to stay at Rockmart High School. They have a positive effect on our students and offers a scholarship As well, also brings revenue into Rockmart , not to mention the money the RHS Band gets from them. They have been such big help to the whole community.
They need to stay! I live in the house directly beside the high school and enjoy them being there. My children and parents stay outside watching and listening to them there is no complaints from our houses about them.
Rockmart was a fantastic place to rehearse during my experience marching Atlanta CV in 2014. Please allow them to continue to use Rockmart High School for their rehearsals.
As a former member of Atlanta CV, the tie to the community for the corps is an important part of our history. Atlanta CV (Corpsvets) "grew up" there. Tradition is very important to Drum and Bugle Corps across the United States. It would be a shame to throw away the tradition, sense of community and the opportunities that Drum and Bugle Corps presents to our young people because of the musings of one man. Let my CV Family stay in Rockmart where we belong.

CV is an economic force in Rockmart bringing in more than 100,000 a year to the local economy. This is in addition to the money given directly to the school.
