we the residents and visitors of the Borough of Pitcairn want to keep a Ambulance based with in the borders of the borough. We also object to the outsourcing of this service. By outsourcing response time will increase to unexceptionable levels. We would like to keep this time to a average under 4 minutes. So in closing we would like the council of Pitcairn Borough to secure a municipal ems services Within the borough

4 minutes can be the difference between life and death. our town needs ems right here where we can get to them fast. dont let our response times go up because of some budget cut.
