We, the undersigned Loyola University Chicago alumni, students, and staff request that Kappa Beta Gamma Sorority continue to hold a charter on Loyola University Chicago\'s campus. Kappa Beta Gamma is the longest standing sorority on campus with over 50 years of history at Loyola. Generations of traditions will be lost and alumni ties will be broken if our charter is taken away. Kappa Beta Gamma has worked together with Loyola to instill values in students since 1954. The existing alumni and National Board wish to continue this partnership by recruiting a new group of women to carry on our traditions.
Loyola administration is ignoring fifty years of history but they cannot silence the community we have built. I am currently demanding a meeting with the dean to explain why they are trying to erase our legacy for no good reason. Do not let them pretend this is a minor issue while they quietly kill our chapter.

This is honestly so sad. KBG is part of what makes our campus culture what it is. Please reconsider.
