Howard Payne University is a private university in Brownwood, Texas. Every major seems to have a Greek organization to represent them except one; Art. When I began this endeavor to unite the artists of Howard Payne, I didn't know where to start. I did what any person would do; I researched. I looked for weeks until I found Kappa Pi.

Kappa Pi is an International Art Honor Society. It is for students with 12 hours in art courses or more. Most of the art majors and minors want this organization to unite us and the surrounding communities. The professors think that it will encourage more students to apply to Howard Payne and it will strengthen our art department.
