We, the undersigned, students in actual attendance and in good standing at Texas Phi Alpha Delta, hereby respectfully petition and request that the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International grant a Pre-Law Chapter Charter in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International to Texas Phi Alpha Delta. Information concerning our school is attached.
The undersigned, your petitioners, hereby agree to be bound by the International By-Laws, as amended in accordance therewith, and further to be bound by such rules and regulations as may from time to time be promulgated by the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
The undersigned also acknowledge and agree that in becoming a part of the Pre-Law Program of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International that the chapter shall ensure attendance and representation at the National Conference annually.
The undersigned, your petitioners, constitute a presently operating and functioning organization established with officers, for the purpose of applying for a Pre-Law Chapter in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. The purposes of your petitioners’ organization are similar to those of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International but with particular emphasis on the promotion of intellectual and leadership activities among its members in order to aid in their advancement into the study of law.
The undersigned, your petitioners, each and all members of said organization, hereby agree that upon favorable action upon the petition, we will add and include as an integral part of our aims and purposes as a Pre-Law Chapter, the “Declaration of Purpose” as set forth in the Fraternity Policy Manual of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
Attached hereto are the Membership Applications, Membership Fees and Chapter Chartering Fee for each of the undersigned. In addition, thereto are attached letters from the Dean and a faculty member of The University of Texas at Austin recommending the petitioners.
WHEREOF, your petitioners respectfully pray that the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International issue a Pre-Law Charter for the Texas Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Chapter.

This would be a huge asset for the pre-law students here. We have been working hard for this chapter and cant wait to finally make it official.
