The Office of Student Success & Transition would like to charter a chapter of Tau Sigma National Honor Society here at Howard University.
Membership elegibilty requires that each student recieves a 3.5 semester GPA during their first semester of attendance atthe institution.
As the university moves forward to be more inclusive of our transfer student population and their success we hope that you will be inclined to support this initiatvive to imporve academic excellence here at Howard.

Transfer students have been sharing their stories with me about the struggle to find community after arriving on campus. These accounts confirm exactly why we need this chapter and keep me pushing for recognition from the administration.

Seeing the surge of interest from my fellow transfer students confirms that we are ready for this kind of recognition at Howard. This momentum proves that our academic contributions and the challenges we overcome deserve a dedicated space on this campus.
