Ex-serviceman Private Aron Shelton served in Afghanistan twice. On his second tour in 2007 he was hit by a road side bomb (IED), Which resulted in him losing his left leg in Dec 2008, as well as being left with permanent damage to his right leg. Then in 2010 the DWP (department of work and pensions) British government has seen fit to say aron is no longer disabled and no longer eligable to claim disability living allowance.
We feel this is a disgrace to a british soldier who has served his country risked his life and gave his all.
We are asking you to sign this petition in aid of Private Aron Shelton to help him get back his benefit (Car) and also his lively hood.
The momentum behind Aron's case is undeniable now. Post this petition link on your Facebook wall today and email your local representative to demand they review his disability claim.

We hit the first hundred signatures today. Post this link to your Facebook page right now and text three friends to get them involved. We need to keep this momentum moving to get the DWP to reverse their decision.

How can they even say he isnt disabled anymore? Have they even looked at the man? Someone needs to be held accountable for this rubbish.

This makes me sick. He lost his leg for this country and they treat him like a criminal.
