ATTENTION ALL ROOSEVELT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS our principal is getting rid of theatre as one of the new changes to our school and there are so many students passionate about theatre and a great teacher will loose her job now I want to protest for these passionate individuals please help bring justice to theatre students #like #share #support
The administration has acknowledged the volume of this petition and requested a meeting to discuss the theatre program budget. I am currently drafting a formal document outlining the academic benefits of the department to present during that session. I expect a response regarding the teacher's status shortly after our discussion.

It's outrageous that the arts are being put last or cut off when it has been proven time and time again that's the arts improve the scholastic success of a student.

Ms luster is a great teacher and cares about her student ,why would they get rid of theater when there's lots of students who actually enjoy doing that as much as other students care about football and soccer #iprotest

They shouldn't take away the joy of theatre. Theatre Arts is a way to express yourself in every manor. I loved it last year and I had such a great time having fun and acting with classmates and teacher.

Theatre won many competitions and is my major for college. Theater is a necessary class because many students' passion lies with it.

This makes no sense, theater is where students grow and develop as a person, it boosts up their confidence and makes them want to do something in life.
