This man deserves a fair justice for the brutality he has endured...a slap on the wrist is all is assailant is receiving..NO that's not even close to what he deserves. He beat a man with so much force he is brain damaged which means he INTENDED too hurt if not Steven!!!
He used something to do all that damage to that man's head I saw it that was just no assault simple assault are you people crazy charge this man for attempted murder
It is ridiculous to me that this man could beat my cousin almost to death and is only getting charged with assault in the 3rd degree!!! Please help Steven get justice!!! #justice4steven
This reeks of corruption. Obviously the suspect has some influence on those who brought up the charges. I urge the D.A. to look into this and get the justice that Steven deserves.
This man deserves justice. Horribly wrong to let that man off with such a minor charge. Not only has he ruined Steve’s life but his kids as well. They will never have their daddy like before

Ulster County District attorney office needs to stop playing with these violent offenders and do what they are supposed to do which is help keep the community safe from these people. Instead of treating the criminals like they are the victims
