i'm doing this petition because the killer of my son has only spent 8months inside and has been on holiday with her family and has a job in york , she got a 5yr sentance, we never got a proper trial and were lied to from begining to end by the police , she only spends 24 hours a week locked up in an open prison and has tried to run other family members down before my son, when the police were told this at the time they said that they couldn't do anything untill she had hit someone , well she did and has just got a tap on the wrist for it , anyone who thinks she should get a new sentance that fits her crime , or us a proper trial , please can you sign this petition just google his name and you'll find out most of what happenend
