Please help us in supporting Ruby and getting justice for her. Our 10 month old Pit Bull puppy was shot the day before Thanksgiving. To make a long story short, she broke off her chain. We never thought anything of it, because we have 16 acres of land where our dogs can run. I came in to make coffee, then I hear the most chilling shriek. One dog came back, Ruby did not. I found Ruby about 30 feet from our house, still on our property with a huge gun shot hole straight through her foot. One week later, she lost her whole leg. As of now, no one (sheriff, animal control, DA) wants to do anything for her. We WANT justice served. Ruby is not JUST A DOG. She is a family member, a child to us, a friend and sibling to our 5 children. This shouldn't have happened. She is a puppy. All she was doing was playing with her fur sister. We have witnesses who saw the whole thing and this monster who did this to her was in the wrong and he needs to pay! Please sign our petition so someone will see! So some justice can be served! Stop animal cruelty!
