I know this young man and he has served his time and deserves to be released. That sentence was excessive in the 1st place PLUS appears to be wrong in the first place. Please release him ASAP.

I happen to know this young man personally and pray he will be released. He is a neighbor that grew up with my children and does not deserve such a sentence - in fact he never did.

so if they said mr Roger Johnson didn't shoot the person or have a gun so why is being charge for murder and did they give the other person time like Roger Johnson I think this a wrong conviction and the person that really did it should step up to the plate no matter you have other charges pending this is so wrong on Mr Roger Johnson I pray that they overturn Mr Roger Johnson charges to a lesser sentence

Roger Johnson served well over the sentence that was imposed on him. Please see it in your hearts to send him home to turn a NEW LEAF with his family. Time loss is precious and time was served. He need to be home with his kids and family for the duration of his life. Thank you

Boog was never guilty in this crime. He ran for a reason so he wouldn't be implicated in what was taking place. A case of being In the wrong place at the wrong time. He needs to be exonerated of all charges. The 3 strike law should be done away with. What is the point of a person serving their time if we can't get a fresh start? The purpose is to stop recidivism right or break the cycle. He served his time & just because he had prior charges makes him guilty. This is a strong miscarriage of justice. I wonder if he has ever tried to file a writ of mandamus. The amount of time he was sentenced to is over the statutory maximum. He has served 20+ yrs. For something he didn't do and you have witnesses that have recanted their statements which has become far to common these days. Let him go & if his bestfriend were here to see this petition I know he would be the first to sign. So, on behalf of Gregg Smith let him go home to his family it is well over due hopefully this petition would shed more light about this miscarriage of justice. Good luck Boogie....Godspeed he's never left you & you'll be home soon...
