Boog was never guilty in this crime. He ran for a reason so he wouldn't be implicated in what was taking place. A case of being In the wrong place at the wrong time. He needs to be exonerated of all charges. The 3 strike law should be done away with. What is the point of a person serving their time if we can't get a fresh start? The purpose is to stop recidivism right or break the cycle. He served his time & just because he had prior charges makes him guilty. This is a strong miscarriage of justice. I wonder if he has ever tried to file a writ of mandamus. The amount of time he was sentenced to is over the statutory maximum. He has served 20+ yrs. For something he didn't do and you have witnesses that have recanted their statements which has become far to common these days. Let him go & if his bestfriend were here to see this petition I know he would be the first to sign. So, on behalf of Gregg Smith let him go home to his family it is well over due hopefully this petition would shed more light about this miscarriage of justice. Good luck Boogie....Godspeed he's never left you & you'll be home soon...

Rodger was a kind and very respectable young man, and I am sure he has redeemed himself of any crime during his time in incarceration. I ask that the decision maker(s) render Rodger's time served sufficient and release him to come home to his children and family. Thank You.
