On Easter Sunday 2014, Randy Coulter a 78 year old great grandfather was shot and killed by Jason L Johnson. After making bail and spending a year free he took a deal from the DA for 10 years. After one year served he is having his first parole hearing. This petition will be presented to the board at the victims hearing next month. Please sign in support for justice served

My Uncle Randy Coulter is missed everyday by his family. I don't think that a few months spent in jail is enough when my uncle is DEAD FOREVER
Horrible injustice for Randy if this guy is paroled! He doesn't need to be on the streets to do this to another person. Keep him in jail!
1 year in prison is not enough time served for killing an innocent great grandfather. What are we teaching our younger generation that their grand parents are not significant human beings. Please keep this man in prison.
Randy is my uncle and he was gunned down by this man!!! He deserves to serve more than one year in jail! Please do not release him!!!
He was a good man that loved his family very much and would do anything to help anyone. If he came by to visit better be ready for 1 of his long stories!
Keep the murderer in jail for 10 years.

This is just wrong. One year is nothing for taking a life. Keep him locked up where he belongs!
