The weight of what happened to Joseph stays with me every hour but seeing this surge of public support gives me a reason to keep fighting. We are being seen by people who refuse to look away from this injustice. This momentum is the only thing keeping me upright right now.

What about the fact that not only was Joseph's mom outside, but his 5yr old little brother and 10yr old little brother standing there when this murderer shot Joseph, Do you realize what kind of trauma this has done to those poor innocent children?
I didnt know joseph like some of u but i know he didnt deserve to die like this and its messed up why ut happened and how. No ones worth losing ur life (except for ur kids r very close family). That man should be locked up and they shouldnt give him a bond hes guilty how can u shoot and murder someone n plain daylight and be outta jail less than a week thats inhumane.
Pell City is becoming a example of small town justice gone wrong. Wasn't it just a few years ago a son shot his father and walked away a free man. Someone needs to really investigate the system there.
Take the killer off our streets, He took Joseph's life & our justice system should make him pay for his crime, No one should die like that but Joseph was more then a cousin to me, he was my big brother & would give anyone the shirt off his back, he loved kids & was always willing to help anyone, he was a good man & his killer should have to suffer punishment as he made Joseph suffer & his family that suffers now with Joseph bring gone.
justice i know what its like to lose a loved one like that a for it to be delibrate thats just horrible.
And I just would like to throw out the fact that YOU WERENT THERE so how do you know who was there ? and my brother didn't wait in a yard to shoot this dude he pulled the gun out first ! Damn like forreal get ya story straight and at least get some of the details right.
And last I checked were allowed to say what we want on here cant handle the truth ? Then dont lie on people

Joseph was a very loved young man and had his whole life ahead of him. Our family deserves closure and justice for our loved one!
