Your family didn't have to stand there & watch your cousin be buried BC someone took things into they own hands ! No you didn't ! You don't know the emotions our family is feeling. Especially his parents , no parent should ever have to hurry they child , I'm sure they'd rather see em behind bars gettin help then laying in casket ! & only reason that your brother is out of jail is BC he got bail ! Kaitlin, He was in no way a coward! he did not go get a gun and wait for Joseph to come home, He only shot Joseph because he was left with no choice Joseph was going to kill them! He shot while a lil girl was out side which I was wrong I lost tract of how fast she has grown up I thought she was still 13 but apparently is 16 now! But either way she is a baby she was put in harms way by Joseph! He could have killed her! Why cant you all see that this other man had no choice it is his baby sister! and Joseph did not want to fight this man like a man because he knew he could have won, that is why he shot at him twice! Joseph had been up for days on drugs DAYS!! All these people speak of Justice well let me put this out there for you all what about JUSTICE for the little Isabelle girl who was raped and beaten and dropped on the side of the street by Joseph! Who is going to give her Justice??? she is still in the hospital do research!!! So where is her justice?? this did not happen like all his family wants everyone to believe because trust me if it was murder I would be all for Josephs family getting Justice but it was not and after doing research I am not sure his death really is such a huge lose to children any where! ask those two little boys what Joseph did to them in the woods behind their house ask them why he had playboys out there for them and why he would go out there with only them and it was a huge secret! ask those questions when you speak of JUSTICE!!!!!!

Well if my brother is a coward for shooting joseph then joseph is 3x the coward for shooting 3 times before there was ever another gun in peace.my brother is free because he defended himself. Im aware that joseph family is suffering but don't sit here and point fingers at an INNOCENT person . coward ? Because he defended our 16 uear old sister ? Andbour step mother ? Or the yard full 9f children that he shot ar ?you all know nothing of what your talking about.

see your wrong there to! he never went to jail period! they questioned everyone there and took statements! He never went to jail because he did nothing wrong it was very simple self defense! was he taken in for questioning and a statement YES! so you really need to do some research before saying such things! This other man has to live with the fact that he had no choice but to take another mans life in order to protect his family and his self! all these people saying what about the little boys out there, well what about the little girl Joseph almost shot! If this other man would not have defended his family there would have been way more lives lost then ONE! I hope and pray to God that none of you are ever put in a situation where you have no choice but to take someones life or watch for sister killed and your self! It is not something that you sleep well with no matter the situation! So instead of this stupid petition for justice it would have been much better for his family to create a memorial page at least then all the dirty laundry of Joseph's ,his mother, and his Aunts wouldnt be put out there for all to see! Because believe me if or when this makes it to grand jury I will be there and I will spill there laundry because this all could have been prevented if they ALL could have gotten off the drugs and werent staying awake for days at a time! And I will be there to let them know exactly what I seen! Given it is terrible Joseph is gone but it is not fair to this other man and his family for all these people trying to make his look like a murder when he is NOT!

I am in no way a coward I am simply stating the truth that you all want to pretend didn't happen! I feel horrible for his family I really do! But it all could have been prevented, his mother Aunt all of them knew what he was doing and going to do! THEY WERE THERE!!!!! They ALL were to messed up on dope and had been up for days doing and making DOPE! ITS A FACT Im sorry it hurts your feelings but don't you dare say it was anything other then self defense! Joseph shot at him TWICE!!! with children inside and outside of that house! there was a 13 year old girl standing directly in front of him that was pushed to the ground to save her life! So I know I would have done the EXACT same thing to protect my family! you would have to more then likely! yes; it was a terrible situation that didn't have to happen ! but Joseph put other peoples lives at risk by shooting twice at their house! He went around the neighborhood chasing that girl throwing knives at her and told the other guy he would be dead before sun down!! I seen and heard this with my own eyes and ears! and I have NO part in any of these people here! So there is no reason for me to make the things up! I truly hate that it happened I really do! I just feel that in all honesty it was self defense at that point!

truth be known Well I did not in anyway say he deserved to die! I stated the fact that he shot first! TWICE! and I have no way made the other man look like GOD! I said the things they were doing and that Joseph was doing was bound to end terribly! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM DOWN THERE ARE now still and WERE ON DOPE! They all lived to shake the bottle they all stole and robbed people! So you obviously need to get your story straight! I am not in no way trying to make Joseph look bad, He was nice to me! But I know for a fact of what happened down there! And honestly I don't care if you post the other mans name on here he did what he had to do to protect his baby sister and his self! I seen what Joseph did to the girls down there the weekend before his death, I seen Joseph chasing that girl down the street, I seen Joseph throwing Knives at that girl, I heard Joseph telling the other man he would be dead before sun down! So it is the truth I am speaking! I am not in any way saying I wished this upon anyone's family or that I wished this upon him! But when these idiots get on dope and are not sleeping for days at a time WTF do you think good is going to come from that! If this other guy shot him in cold blood then why is there bullet holes in the house where this other man lived?? Why is it on video of Joseph shooting first, why is it that his mother lied and said he was not there when the whole time she knew he was with a gun?? See little do you know the drug task force had been watching them down there the is surveillance video showing what happened! Joseph was to be served 5 grand jury indictments that same day this happened! So please do your research before this causes more people to get hurt!
