The scale of this response confirms the urgency of the safety concerns regarding the utility access road. I am currently organizing these signatures into a formal document to present to the Peru Utility management team.

This is so awful. Those drivers act like they own the private roads and just dont care about who is playing nearby. Speeding through a residential area is inexcusable.
Ridiculous that they said it was just a dog. Its about safety for everyone! Slow down before you kill a kid.

Hope the person who did this pays for it. Can't bring back your beloved dog but justice needs to be served.
