On August 6, 2016, Diesel was released by Judge Hatcher following long term confinement at the animal shelter after savagely attacking a 1 year old little boy (his 2nd victim). Since his release and return to his owner, Diesel has struck again. This time, his victim was an adult female. All 3 victims suffered massive lacerations to the facial area requiring stitches, staples, and other medical intervention. This dog MUST be put down. This page is designed to share the information with the community and begin a petition to Judge Hatcher calling for the euthanization of Diesel. Let's get justice for the victims and finally put an end to the savage attacks of this beast.

As much as I love dogs in including mine. Years ago we had a dog that actually tried to bite someone. My husband put him down. I am an animal lover and always have been but when it comes to the safety of children number 1 or others I cannot and will not put an animal's life first.
Clearly this dog is a danger to and has already attacked 3 people..he needs put down..before harming someone else ! 3 strikes is ALREADY ONE TOO MANY!! Evidently this dog has mental issues! That can only get worse in time!!
This dog has attacked 3 times the dogs needs to be put down. A coworker of mine little boy 3 years old was attacked by a dog a few days ago 28 stitches in his face. I pray the right thing is done before another person or child is hurt
If a dog attacks a human let alone 3 he should be put down. It's crazy that a petition has to be signed and courts and taxpayers money tied up for this decision. Put the dog down.
My grandson was one of Diesel victims.The newest victim is in the hospital with severe injuries and infection.It is very sad this dog was allowed to be given back to the irresponsible owner.The state had all the evidence and witnesses to show the mind-set of this dog.We were shocked when it was ignored.
This dog should of been delt with the first time it should of never had another chance to bite again... And i mean shot
Seriously. I know people love their animals but nothing good can come from this one still being able to harm people. True story it would be me the judge would be taking to trial cause I would have already dropped this beast.

I have dogs and understand loving them, but when you put an animal before your grandchildren especially, shows what type of person you are. When your dog bites 3 people you shouldn't have to go to court, you are supposed to have enough sense to have it done yourself.
