David Derring & his mourning family & friends deserve some kind of justice, if nothing but a simple apology from Waynesboro, Mississippi's local newspaper for belittling this young man after he hung himself while incarcerated in the Wayne County Jail by putting a VERY in uncalled for & disrespectful ad for all of the community to see. This young man's misdemeanor charges in the past was nothing but a way to remove Wayne County's "fine" officials & the "fine" sheriff Jody Ashley out of the hit seat because the jailers weren't doing their jobs from what it seems. David deserves to Rest In Peace & NOT be remembered as a menace to society. The sheriff of Wayne County COULD have made a public speech to show his condolences but didn't even have the resection for him not his family to do so. Paul Keane the editor of The Wayne County News should have NEVER allowed the article to run in the paper.
