He has ruined my family. However, he is retiring. My goal is to go to the judicial ethics committee and hopefully get him out before 2020 without his retirement. Join me! I have a fb page called Holding Family Court Judges Accountable. Together (aka class action) we can make a difference.
Judge Maney left my granddaughter in her father's custody after CPS reported finding of abuse or maltreatment
Someone I know was hurt by this judge who seems unfair and possibly incompetent. He should be investigated. He ran "unopposed" in the last election and will sit on the bench until 2022. Can't something be done to ensure he is qualified and if not, he be replaced?
He was extremely rude and didn't want to hear about any of the evidence I had regarding the safety and well-being of my two children. He bullied the attorney I had and didn't allow me to answer any questions to address my concerns why my children should be allowed to relocate out of state with me.
This Judge wrote an order where my friend lost custody of her child without any findings of fact. Is that justice? It's truly unbelievable to me.
This man is the scum of the earth! As are his puppets...

He is a maniacal, rude, disrespectful person in my opinion. He is blatantly biased, and frequently goes off on tangents completely irrelevant to the case at hand. I'd be happy to interview with anyone to share our experiences.
