To say this is a slap on the wrist in an understatement, as child rapists can rarely be rehabilitated and frequently re-offend. This Judge is sworn to protect the public and he is putting future BABIES and children at risk. He raped, beat and tortured a baby. He had child pornography on his phone, and Judge David E Reich still gave him this lenient sentence. Judge Reich is a danger to the public in his position and needs to be removed. Help me demand the good people of Bismarck, North Dakota remove him, or he resign immediately. Shame on you Judge Reich!

Judge Reich thinks he can just hide behind his robe after handing out a pathetic sentence for the torture of an infant. I am currently reaching out to local oversight boards to demand an explanation for this absolute disgrace. He endangered our children and he needs to face the consequences of his failure.

This is an unforgivable thing that was done. A life sentence should be the minimum given. I would prefer the death penalty for this. We must protect the most vulnerable and innocent. I’ve encountered monsters like this and they never stop, never change.
Judges that will allow child rapist to be free in 4 years have no business on the bench!

You are the definition of why evil roams freely, if this were your baby, what would you have done ?
