Josiah is a barely 2 year old baby, whom the mother Helen Arroyo has been nurturing, caring for,and providing fulltime care from the moment his eyes opened on this earth. In order for him to be a healthy baby, the mother breast fed and loved her baby from the moment of birth. She almost lost her life in labor for days and developed preclampsia to give birth to her son. She very much loves her son. On March 27, 2009, the child was abruptly detached from his mother. Since then, the very next day the father Christopher Arroyo was forced to call the mother because the baby is uncontrollably asking for his mother and looking for her around the house. This child is still in need of his mother and is suffering looking for his mother. This in turn can cause mental, emotional, physical, developmental problems for this 2 year old baby who is in very much need of his mother's nurture, love and care at this tender age. The baby should be returned to his mother who is very much capable of providing the nurturing and care this baby needs for his healthy all around developmental needs. We petition that the child be returned to his mother Helen Arroyo as soon as possible to protect the baby's best interest.
