This an attempt to get the attention of Wyoming Department of Family Services to expedite sending my son Nazyr C. Parker home to me, his father Ralph C. Parker Jr. He is currently in their custody due to his mother Charmaine Cook being adjudicated by the court with neglect and maltreatment. My son has challenges that I am fully aware of and will seek support/resources as resolve in effort to make him a productive member of society. My family will serve as his support system. Please take the time to sign this petition to help show that Fathers Matter and Nazyr, if not with his mother, should definitely be with dad. Thank you for your time and effort.

The feedback I have received regarding my son's situation confirms that many individuals understand the importance of keeping families together. I am currently working to ensure that the proper authorities review our case with the attention it requires.

I've known Ralph for years and he is an excellent father to his kids and I know Nazyr will be better off with him.
Hope the child is reunited with family soon!

He should be with his dad and brothers and sisters. His father loves him so I dont understand why he wouldnt be with family. It doesnt make sense.
Mr. Parker is a very responsible father,and family man,he loves his children and family very much,please allow his son to come home to his dad!!! and family who loves him very much!! Thank you,and may God bless this situation in Jesus name Amen. Donna Scaife.

He can't possibly be happy in the care of strangers in a place and culture he knows nothing about. Send the young man BACK to the world he grew up up in so that he can grow on.
