John Blakemore is a brilliant lecturer here at Derby University, but his contract for working here next year is not being renewed. He is one of the best lecturers on the Photography course, and a very helpful, patient and knowledgeable man, as well as being a hugely successful photographer. He is an inspiration to so many people in the University, and is always willing to give advice and share words of wisdom.
The first year photography class and myself believe that he is a huge asset to the photography department, and it would be a crime to let him go.
So please help us keep John Blakemore educating here at the University, we need student signatures to make this happen!
