We feel that this is detrimental to our facilty of Primary Education as he has rooted subject knowledge and passion for English which reflects on our own teaching practice as trainee teachers.
We are hoping to put a petition forward to the Vice Chancellor in order to make our voices heard to enhance our student experience. The student experience is vital to our course and having dedicated and committed lecturers aids our professional development.

I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this because it was never my intention to start something this large. It is clear that Paul's impact on our education is widely felt and this movement belongs entirely to all of you who stepped up to show it.

Really disappointed in how this was handled. He brings so much to primary ed and the students deserve better lecturers not this
Bring him back. The teaching quality at Bedford has gone down since he left.
Ridiculous decision. He is easily the best tutor on the course and now they are putting him in a random department? sort it out.

Paul was the reason I understood English lit. This is such a waste of talent. Bring him back to Bedford campus!
