The momentum behind this is undeniable. It is clear that we are all tired of these unfair fees.

RMG must have legal responsibilities for managing the works… so there must be a Contract. With whom is their Contract to manage the works? If we could see it, it would be interesting.

I object to the takeover of Joe's walk by RMG, the cycleway does not form part of the laureates estate as such the residents should not be liable for any maintenance costs.

We, the residents of the Laureates estate in Cockermouth, have never and would never agree to the costs for maintenance of Joe’s Walk being included within our service charge. This pathway is not part of any agreement we have been party to and is on private land not part of the estate. We are asking RMG to immediately cease the inclusion of any costs to do with the path in the Laureates accounts covered by our service charge.

We should not be paying maintenance fees for land we do not own and it open to the public.
