HELP! The Gateway Greens H.O.A. recently voted to remove the Stop Sign on the corner of Championship Dr. and Mahogany Isle. This is a VERY dangerous intersection! We and 5 of our younger brothers, sisters and neighbors play within one hundred feet of our Stop Sign. We walk our dogs across this intersection. There have been several close calls with balls rolling into the street and speeding cars almost hitting our pets. The stop sign is at the end of a hill and curve. We can not see the oncoming cars. Without a stop sign we only have a few seconds to cross the street safely. We will present our case to the HOA Board on August 12 but we are asking all concerned Gateway citizens to sign our petition to keep our corner safe.  Even if you are not directly effected by our Stop Signs, we ask for your support.
