Kosciusko Animal Control Officer, Jerry Clase, has kept his position despite over 16 signed statements of known animals killings and abuse. The Kosciusko County Council said during a meeting that after investigation, they found no evidence. Really? These statement stories are horrific that include beatings, kicking animals to death, bloody use of neck restraints and shootings. PLEASE sign our petition to present to the Indiana Attorney General, The Indiana State Police and county officials. BE HEARD...DO YOU WANT YOUR ANIMALS SAFE? STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND BE COUNTED!!!!
