Kosciusko Animal Control Officer, Jerry Clase, has kept his position despite over 16 signed statements of known animals killings and abuse. The Kosciusko County Council said during a meeting that after investigation, they found no evidence. Really? These statement stories are horrific that include beatings, kicking animals to death, bloody use of neck restraints and shootings.
