I am signing because I have a cat with a tumor on his jaw. I am treating him myself at home! Are you going to arrest me because I don’t have money for chemo. It is my right to treat my cat the way I want and no cop can come in and tell me different. How dare they treat this woman this way after shooting the dog. Like that was humane? Thank god I don’t live in a backwards state as INDIANA!

HE WAS THE 1 WHO TOOK MY 5 DOGS IN THE DOG POUND.THE CORRUPTED STATE POLICE PATRICK O'KEEFE TOLD THIS ANIMAL ABUSER TO CHARGE ME $50.00 A DAY FOR MY 5 DOGS.IN THE MIX 1 OF MY DOGS DIED IN THE DOG POUND AND SHE(PANDORA) WAS 3 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME.MY HUSBAND AND I GOT PULLED OVER ON APRIL 12TH OF 2019 BY THIS CORRUPTED STATE POLICE PATRICK O'KEEFE AND ITS BEEN 1 BIG NIGHTMARE EVER SINCE.WE DONT LIVE HERE,DONT KNOW ANYBODY HERE AND WE WAS PASSING THROUGH HEADING TO NEW YORK FOR A FUNERAL.IF YOU EVER GET STOPPED BY A STATE POLICE PATRICK O'KEEFE WATCH OUT FOR HIM BECAUSE HE IS CORRUPTED AND SHOULD NOT EVER BEEN ON THE CORRUPTED POLICE FORCE.

Animal control officers should be protecting animals not abusing and killing them! This man has several complaints over several years??? And no one is doing anything to stop him! This is wrong! He needs removed from his position immediately! What if it were your pet?

A Dog Warden in Van Wert County Ohio in Feb 2015 was indicted and found guilty of annimal neglect lost his job after the County Sheriff inspected the Shelter and found dogs dead and cats dead from not being fed...He was one who believed Euthanasia was a wood box with a exhaust pipe to it from a vehicle to the box ...
This guy I've heard of before He needs to GO TO JAIL AND THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ALL RECALLED
