This serves a purpose intended to communicate with corporate managers of all manufacturing facilities of Jeeps. We wish you to know we are not happy about this sludge buildup in our heater cores; which results in costly replacement at our expense. This is known by all dealers to be an issue & a recall should be in place for a no charge replacement. A fix when molding the engine needs to be put into place to avoid continued issues.
