The stories shared in the comments about how these school assignments hurt our kids are devastating. Seeing so many people recognize the broken state of this system confirms exactly why we need to show up on Newburg Road to demand better.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that so many other families are just as frustrated with the current system as I am. Knowing that help is coming to stand with us at the district office gives me so much hope for the future of our children.

Finally someone doing something about this. My kids are stuck in schools that arent even in our neighborhood. Ridiculous.
ABOUT TIME. the system is totally broken and they dont listen to any of us. see you guys there.

My son didnt get into his school of choice again. im sick of the excuses. counting on a big turnout to wake them up.
