After almost 4 days of continued commentary on social media, radio shows (including stations he works for) and in print media he decided to further add fuel to the matter by insulting Caymanians even more. His online Facebook post was up for over 3 hours. It was only after a local activist shared it on her page that he then immediately removed it.
Furthermore, he issued a subsequent apology ONLY after his employer was contacted.
As Caymanians we are tired of inviting people to integrate into our community who demonstrate NO social knowledge and some may argue a degree of prejudice towards us.
Seriously consider not granting him PR at this time.

Not just anyone can be a true Caymanian. Clearly Mr. Howard shows he does not know or understand what a privilege and honour of being considered and called a Caymanian is. Caymanian is an honourable title to hold that should never be awarded to someone of this lay thinking, lack of respect and true appreciation for he is asking for. He is not entitled to be given this right to be one of us,he has to earn and have the character of what our Caymanian is known to be so special for. Unfortunately at this time, he has shown that he does not meet that criteria. Being Caymanian is not mediocrity. And it will do him well to remember that.
A mistake is when you accidentally do something, so if he lost control of his fingers on the keyboard then he still needs to go... that's a sickness we don't want either.

I've seen first had how he has treated his staff and other people around him. This is not someone you want on Island.
